# Set up founder vesting directly on the cap table

You can now apply vesting terms directly to share issuances on your cap table. This lets you add custom vesting arrangements to any shares, which is typically the case for founder shares.

## What you can do:

- Apply vesting schedules directly to your founder shares on the cap table
- Use our flexible vesting engine (cliff periods, acceleration triggers, custom schedules)
- Keep your cap table clean and accurate
